TR series double rod pneumatic cylinder (twin-rod cylinder) is a double-acting, dual-piston-rod cylinder designed in accordance with JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards). It serves as a direct alternative to the SMC CXS series and is a specialized guided cylinder for Japanese-style automation equipment. Featuring a synchronized dual-piston rod structure, it delivers twice the thrust of a single-rod cylinder of the same bore size. It incorporates built-in anti-rotation guidance to withstand lateral loads and offers high positioning accuracy, making it widely used in Japanese-style assembly lines, 3C industry jigs, and precision clamping stations.
