TWQ series Stopper Cylinder: Fixed-height blocking cylinder (slim square body)—a cylinder for stopping assembly line carriers; features a compact design and non-adjustable mounting height.

Operating principle: Air pressure extends the piston rod to block the workpiece pallet; reversing the airflow retracts the rod to release the workpiece.
Available in double-acting and single-acting (retraction-driven) types:
1. Double-acting: Dual air ports control extension and retraction.
2. Single-acting (retraction-driven): Air pressure retracts the rod; cutting off the air supply allows a spring to automatically extend the stop.

Various rod end types available: cylindrical (C), flat cylindrical (B), roller (R), and lever-type roller with adjustable hydraulic shock absorber (K).
A self-locking mechanism is available as an option: the lever-type roller stopper cylinder is equipped with a self-locking device that prevents the rocker arm from rebounding and pushing back against the blocked object.
A thickened piston rod effectively enhances the cylinder’s resistance to impact.
Can be equipped with a magnet (magnetic ring).
