HFT series pneumatic parallel gripper is a wide-stroke, parallel-opening pneumatic gripper (double-acting type) designed specifically for handling large workpieces, distinguishing it from the standard HFZ narrow-stroke series. It utilizes a dual-piston and rack-and-pinion synchronization mechanism, delivering a long opening/closing stroke and high gripping force. The unit ensures excellent synchronization between the left and right grippers and offers precise repeatability. With mounting holes available on multiple sides of the body, it is well-suited for applications such as handling large components on assembly lines and internal bore expansion tasks.

The rack-and-pinion structure offers high repeatability.

The cylinder body features four sensor mounting grooves.

Dual-piston drive effectively increases holding force.

The jig is easy to install.

The main unit can be mounted and secured in multiple orientations.

Large-bore opening gripper (pneumatic expanding gripper): Features a long finger stroke, making it suitable for gripping large-sized objects.
