QGB/A pneumatic Standard cylinder is a heavy-duty, double-acting, cushioned reciprocating linear cylinder belonging to a domestic standard series. Distinguished by its high thrust, robust strength, and exceptional durability, it is widely utilized in heavy industry and heavy-duty automation equipment.

Features:

  • The cylinder barrel is constructed from high-quality precision-drawn aluminum alloy tubing; its inner surface undergoes a hard anodizing treatment, resulting in a coating thickness of 30 µm and a hardness of MHV400.
  • The cylinder end cover is manufactured using an advanced die-casting process.
  • The surface of the piston rod undergoes a preliminary roller-hardening treatment, followed by hard chrome plating and precision grinding, endowing it with excellent rust resistance, wear resistance, and other characteristics.
  • Featuring an advanced seal structure and superior quality, the cylinder operates normally even without lubrication; it exhibits a low starting pressure and a long service life.
