TN series double rod cylinder is a double-acting pneumatic actuator featuring synchronized dual pistons and an integrated dual-rod design. Classified as a compact guided cylinder, it adheres to domestic industry standards and is widely used in automation equipment for clamping, pushing/pulling, and precision positioning.
The two piston rods move in synchronization and feature built-in anti-rotation guidance. Delivering twice the thrust of a single-rod cylinder of the same bore size and capable of withstanding lateral loads, it effectively resolves the common issues of rotation and deflection associated with standard single-rod cylinders.

Equipped with an external bumper; the bumper at the front of the unit allows for adjustment of the cylinder stroke and helps absorb impact.

The dual-piston rod structure delivers double the output force and offers resistance to bending and torsion, enabling it to withstand certain lateral loads.

A multi-directional mounting fixture; the mounting plate features mounting holes on three sides, facilitating loading from multiple positions.

Features built-in mounting grooves for sensors (magnetic switches).
