Compact thin cylinder features ultra-short axial body for limited mounting space. It can be mounted directly via front counter-sunk holes without extra brackets. It is designed for short-stroke clamping, ejecting and positioning, not suitable for long-stroke movement.
Standard stroke range: 5~100mm. Longer stroke can be customized. Note that longer stroke will reduce rod stability, not recommended.
Magnet inside the cylinder works with reed switch for position sensing. Reed switch is sold as separate accessory.
Theoretical force = piston area × air pressure. Actual output force is lower due to friction loss. Please keep safety margin during selection.
Working pressure: 0.1~1.0MPa. Pressure under 0.3MPa causes obvious force drop and slow movement. Recommended working pressure:0.4~0.7MPa.
