Cylinder Body: Unitary construction made of high-strength extruded aluminum alloy; hard-anodized surface for wear and corrosion resistance.
Dual Piston & Dual Piston Rod: Symmetrical dual-shaft design delivering approximately twice the output thrust of a single-rod cylinder with the same bore size.
Linear Guide: Recirculating linear ball guide or crossed-roller guide; features hardened stainless steel guide surfaces and preload to eliminate clearance.

Where is it primarily used?

Transplanting, transportation, inspection and feeding, small clamping and pressing and other work stations that require guiding accuracy.

Ball bearings: high precision, high speed, low friction; bushings: high rigidity, impact resistance, and dust resistance, but prone to stick-slip at low speeds.

Actual stroke + 5–10 mm margin; above 100 mm check load decay curve.

The vertical load capacity generally drops to one-half or one-third of the horizontal capacity; the moment resulting from the outward extension of the center of gravity must be calculated separately.

Use rubber pads for light-load, low-speed applications; air cushioning for medium loads; and hydraulic buffers for high-speed, high-inertia applications.

Install an exhaust throttle valve at each of the two ports; do not use intake throttling.

Issues include lack of lubrication, low air pressure, use of inlet flow control, or binding due to load. Remedies: re-grease, increase pressure, switch to exhaust flow control, and re-align.

If the speed is excessive or the buffer limit is exceeded, install a hydraulic buffer, reduce the speed, or inspect the buffer pad.

Short strokes and small eccentricities are acceptable, but the system cannot maintain pressure for extended periods; for pressure holding, select a cylinder with a locking mechanism.

Do you need an oil mist lubricator?

No need. It comes pre-greased from the factory; applying grease spray would actually wash away the original grease.

For particles smaller than 40 μm, it is best to add a 5 μm filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) unit.

If the magnetic ring has lost magnetism, the bracket is loose, or the travel is incomplete, first tighten the bracket and realign it.

Deformation due to over-tightening of mounting bolts, foreign matter in the guide rails, or lateral overload: re-tighten to the specified torque, clean the guide rails, and verify the load.

No. The preload on ball guide rails is factory-set and fixed; disassembling them compromises precision. However, the seals can be replaced using a maintenance kit.

Replenish with the specified lithium-based grease (e.g., S2) every 2,000 km or 3–6 months; do not use standard general-purpose grease.

Parallelism error exceeding limits by a factor of two; uncorrectable stick-slip motion; air leakage at the end seal; hardening due to impact.

External binding forces will place the entire load of the torque onto the guide rails, causing rapid wear; use elongated holes or floating joints to ensure proper alignment.

Ball-bearing type: 300–500 mm/s (up to 800 mm/s with a buffer); bushing type: ≤300 mm/s. Avoid continuous operation at the limit values.
