High-Quality Sealing Ring: 10-Million-Cycle Lifespan.
Features a 6-layer sealing ring that remains leak-free under an air pressure of 1.4 MPa.
Thickened end caps and tie-rod design ensure strong load-bearing capacity.
Bi-directional POM guide ring: offers strong support and excellent wear resistance.
The inner wall of the cylinder barrel undergoes a triple precision grinding and polishing process, reducing the friction resistance value to as low as 0.04.
The piston rod is made of 45# medium-carbon steel, featuring a precision-ground and chrome-plated finish, with a friction coefficient of 0.02.

The SCT cylinder is an AirTAC-standard, double-acting, multi-position cylinder (also commonly referred to as the SUT dual-stroke or booster cylinder).

It consists of two SC standard cylinders connected in series, enabling a two-stage stroke and multiple positioning points.

Features:

Multi-position: The piston rod can achieve three stop positions (original length, first stroke segment, and full stroke).
Double-Force Output: When both pistons are simultaneously supplied with air, the thrust is approximately twice that of a single-stage unit.
Structurally Reliable: Tie-rod design ensures a secure connection between the front and rear covers and the cylinder body.

The force output chart for pneumatic cylinders constitutes one of the critical elements in the cylinder selection process, enabling the calculation of the required load force.

Multiplying the output force of a pneumatic cylinder by a factor of 0.5 to 0.7 yields the cylinder’s effective load force.
