STW Series air slide cylinder (comprising the STWA fixed-plate type and STWB fixed-body type) consists of double-acting slide table cylinders featuring dual-rod guidance and synchronized dual-piston-rod drive. Designed as a direct alternative to the original AirTAC STW slide table, these cylinders utilize a parallel dual-rod sliding guide structure to deliver high torsional rigidity and substantial lateral load capacity. Positioned as economical, heavy-duty transfer cylinders—and distinct from the precision HLQ/HLS ball/roller slide tables—they are optimized for general-purpose linear transfer applications requiring long strokes, high load-bearing capacity, and cost-effectiveness.

Comes with a mounting rail for magnetic sensor switches.

The dual-piston-rod structure offers excellent resistance to bending and torsion, enabling it to withstand substantial dynamic and lateral loads.

Equipped with built-in cushioning devices, such as hydraulic shock absorbers, it effectively reduces impact velocity and extends the service life of the pneumatic cylinder.

Three inlet/outlet configurations are available: via the end faces of the mounting plates on both sides, or via the side of the main body.

Pneumatic cylinder specifications available: STWA (fixed mounting plate type) and STWB (body-mounted type).

Mounting options: body-mount type, mounting plate type.
