HFP Series pneumatic parallel gripper is a parallel gripper featuring a mechanical lever drive mechanism; it is an economical, standard parallel gripper designed to offer excellent cost-performance and stable gripping. Distinct from the HFZ (ball-bearing guide) and HFD (low-profile dual-guide) series, the HFP utilizes a mechanical lever amplification structure in which a single piston actuates an internal lever to drive the two gripper jaws to open and close synchronously in parallel.
A variety of gripper types are available: standard type and through-hole mounting type.
Mechanical lever-type gripping structure: Parallel opening and closing reduces costs and enhances cost-effectiveness while meeting precision requirements. It employs a piston-rod extension mechanism for clamping and retraction for opening; the clamping force is 20%–30% greater than the opening force.
Wear resistance: A metal shim separating the gripper jaws from the main body reduces wear and extends service life.
High gripping accuracy: The increased contact area between the gripper jaws and the main body reduces wobble and enhances gripping precision.
Three-sided mounting: Mounting holes are provided on both the sides and the bottom, facilitating installation and use under various conditions (side mounting, rear mounting, and front mounting).
Integrated sensor mounting slots: This face and the opposite side feature circular sensor mounting slots, eliminating the need for external mounting brackets and offering convenience and flexibility.
