MYFEQD’s OSF+OPF female quick coupler is a pneumatic quick coupler with internal thread connections at both ends, suitable for pneumatic tools and pneumatic components with external thread interfaces. It adopts a mechanical lock structure, which allows instant connection and disassembly, greatly reducing the labor intensity of manual installation.
Its overall structure is made of carbon steel (steel 08al), pickled, then plated with acid copper, then plated with pearl nickel, and then sealed with oil, a series of process treatments, more beautiful, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high strength, not easy to rust. One-hand operation is commonly known as self-locking pneumatic quick connector. The embedded locking steel ball is not easy to corrode and jam, making it plug and unplug lasting and smooth.
CNC precision-machined threads, its standard compatible threads are PT (R, ZG) threads, which are PT1/4=02.PT3/8=03.PT1/2=04. It can also be adapted to M threads, G threads, and MYFEQD can also undertake customized threads as required.
