MYFEQD’s OSP+OPP pneumatic quick coupler is a pneumatic hose that is directly connected and pressed with a nut, commonly known as a quick-twist pneumatic quick coupler. It adopts a mechanical locking structure, which can be quickly connected and disassembled, greatly reducing the labor intensity of manual installation. It is suitable for quick connection and disconnection in the gas circuit.
Its overall structure is made of carbon steel (steel 08al), pickled, then plated with acid copper, then plated with pearl nickel, and then sealed with oil, a series of process treatments, more beautiful, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high strength, not easy to rust. One-hand operation is commonly known as self-locking pneumatic quick connector. The embedded locking steel ball is not easy to corrode and jam, making it plug and unplug lasting and smooth.
The pneumatic hoses at both ends are connected with serrations that match the inner diameter, and then locked with a rolled band, making the pipe more pressure-resistant and anti-detachable.
