HRQ series pneumatic rotary cylinder

  • Positioning holes are provided on both sides (for sizes 10–200) or the bottom (for sizes 2–7) of the cylinder body, ensuring convenient installation;
  • Two cushioning options are available: fixed cushioning via adjustment screws and hydraulic shock absorbers. The maximum cushioning energy with hydraulic shock absorbers is 3–5 times that of fixed cushioning, offering superior performance. Note: Models HRQ2, HRQ3, and HRQ7 feature only the fixed cushioning method and do not support hydraulic shock absorbers.

HRQ series pneumatic rotary cylinder is a rack-and-pinion rotary actuator (rotary table cylinder) featuring a dual-piston design. It delivers rotary torque to achieve an angular swing of 0–190° and comes with built-in magnets, allowing for the installation of magnetic switches to detect when the rotation reaches the target position.

Operating Principle: Dual pistons drive a rack, which in turn rotates a gear to actuate the upper turntable in a reciprocating oscillating motion. The actual rotation angle can be adjusted via limit screws at both ends. Two cushioning options are available: screw cushioning and hydraulic cushioning (indicated by the model suffix “-A”).

High-precision worktable: Offers high machining precision, easy load mounting, and accurate positioning; features a center through-hole for convenient and flexible piping.

Dual-cylinder structure: Delivers double the output force.

Multiple cushioning options: Choose between adjustable screw-based cushioning and hydraulic damping; the hydraulic damper provides superior cushioning performance.

Rack-and-pinion structure: smooth operation.

Built-in sensor mounting slots: The body features mounting grooves for magnetic switches on both sides.

Available specifications: micro sizes include 2, 3, and 7; medium sizes include 10, 20, 30, and 50; and large sizes include 70, 100, and 200.

Flexible mounting: The cylinder body features locating holes on both sides (sizes 10–200) or the bottom (sizes 2–7), allowing for flexible installation and convenient use.
