TSAI Series Guided Air Cylinder Summary

This is a novel type of pneumatic cylinder formed by combining a standard cylinder with a guide rod assembly.
Dual-Guide Rod System: Offers superior resistance to torsional forces and lateral loads.
Sliding Bearings: Suitable for applications involving radial loads—such as braking operations—and provide enhanced torsional rigidity.
Linear Bearings: Ideal for lifting applications, or in scenarios requiring high precision and high load-bearing capacity; particularly well-suited for applications demanding low-friction motion.
Specially Designed Guide Frame Body: Facilitates versatile mounting and installation configurations.

When ordering a cylinder guide unit separately, only standard cylinders listed in the stroke table may be selected. (Other stroke lengths must be ordered as non-standard items.)
To order a guided cylinder with a non-standard stroke, the configuration is as follows: (Non-standard stroke cylinder + Guide unit corresponding to the next-larger standard stroke size).

Example: SAI32*160 (Non-standard stroke cylinder)
