HRS series Rotary table cylinder is an ultra-thin rack-and-pinion rotary actuator featuring a dual-cylinder, dual-rack-and-pinion drive mechanism. Compared to the HRQ series, it offers a slimmer profile to save installation space while delivering higher output torque, and is designed to perform 90° or 180° reciprocating rotary motions for workpieces.
Operating principle: Compressed air drives the piston racks on both sides to move linearly; the racks drive a central gear, converting the linear motion into the rotary oscillation of the turntable. It features a built-in magnetic ring, allowing for the installation of magnetic switches to detect rotation completion signals.
Dual-cylinder structure: Delivers double the output force.
Rack-and-pinion structure: smooth operation.
Built-in sensor mounting slots: The body features mounting slots for sensors (magnetic switches) on both sides.
Flexible installation: The pneumatic cylinder body features positioning holes on both sides, allowing for flexible installation and convenient use.
Multiple cushioning types: Features both bumper pads and air cushioning for superior cushioning performance.
