Infinitely adjustable angle: Field-adjustable via hex key within the 5°–135° range—no need to replace limit screws or the cylinder body itself, ensuring high commissioning efficiency; fixed body length means the cylinder’s external dimensions remain constant regardless of the opening angle.
Mechanical self-locking function: The clamping mechanism reaches a dead-center position, maintaining clamping torque even upon air supply interruption or pressure loss, thereby ensuring safety in welding and assembly operations.
No manual release handle (compared to the older JCK/JSCK models); clamping arms AM1/AM2/AM3/AM4 (L/C/R) are interchangeable with the JCK/JSCK series.
Features an elliptical cylinder body and pneumatic cushioning to reduce clamping impact; supports inductive sensors for clamping/opening signal feedback; and includes a weld-spatter-resistant coating on the cylinder body, making it suitable for welding applications.
Supports multi-directional mounting on all four sides; can be installed horizontally, vertically, or inverted.

JSK series welding clamping Pneumatic cylinder is a new-generation welding clamp cylinder from AirTAC, designed to replace the older JCK/JSCK models for use in automotive welding fixtures. It features a crank-slider mechanical self-locking mechanism and offers a continuously adjustable opening angle for on-site flexibility, making it the preferred choice for new projects.

Operating Principle: A double-acting cylinder drives an internal crank-slider mechanism to actuate the clamping arm. Once clamped, the mechanism locks via a mechanical dead-point, maintaining clamping force even if the air supply is cut off. The opening angle can be adjusted on-site from 5° to 135° using an internal adjustment nut—without replacing parts—and the overall length of the unit remains unchanged regardless of the angle.

Clamping arms available in various specifications: AM1, AM2, AM3, AM4.

Multi-directional mounting: four-sided mounting; mounting dimensions comply with DIN standards.

Integrated design: clamping section, mechanism section, and pneumatic cylinder section.

Oval cylinder body, saving installation space.

Crank-slider mechanism: Constructed from high-strength, highly wear-resistant materials, the design is stable and reliable. It generates substantial clamping force from low operating air pressure and features a self-locking mechanism at the clamping position, ensuring the clamping force is maintained even in the event of air supply failure.
