MBL Series miniature cylinder

Manufactured according to AirTAC-style technical standards, featuring an aluminum round-tube cylinder body;
The front and rear caps are joined to the aluminum alloy cylinder body using a reliable riveted/crimped structure;
The piston utilizes a specialized double-acting seal design that is compact and offers oil-retention capabilities;
Various rear cap configurations facilitate convenient cylinder installation;
A wide range of cylinder specifications and mounting accessories is available for customer selection.
The MBL Series miniature cylinder is the successor to the MAL aluminum alloy mini-cylinder and serves as a direct replacement.

MBL Series miniature cylinder is a lightweight, round mini-cylinder featuring a hard aluminum alloy barrel (compliant with AirTAC standards). Distinct from the stainless-steel-barreled MA, MF, and MG series, it is designed for lightweight, cost-effective operation under standard medium-load conditions. The series offers a comprehensive range of variants—including double-acting, single-acting, double-rod, and adjustable cushioning models—with bore sizes ranging from 20mm to 63mm. Ideal for automation equipment in dry environments, this lightweight and cost-efficient cylinder serves as the upgraded successor to the MAL mini-cylinder and is widely used in assembly lines and small-scale jigs.

Mounting accessories: FA flange type, LB foot mount type, SDB foot mount type.

Riveted roller shell structure ensures a reliable connection.

Rear cover type: CA (curved tail), U (flat tail).
