Compliant with ISO 6432 standard (ø8–ø25)
Fixed rubber bumpers on the front and rear end caps provide cushioning, reducing the impact caused by cylinder direction changes.
A variety of rear cover configurations make cylinder installation more convenient.
The front and rear end caps are joined to the stainless steel cylinder barrel using a rolled-over rivet structure, ensuring a reliable connection.
The cylinder piston rod and cylinder barrel are made of stainless steel, enabling the product to withstand moderately corrosive operating environments.

Our company’s MI Series micro pneumatic cylinders are manufactured according to AirTAC technical standards and comply with the ISO6432 standard for stainless steel mini-cylinders; designed specifically for confined automation spaces, they are compact linear pneumatic actuators.

Various mounting accessories: axial mounting bracket (LB), front flange (FA), rear clevis bracket (SDB), and intermediate trunnion bracket (TC).

Riveted and rolled-seam structure: The front and rear covers are joined to the stainless steel cylinder body using a riveted and rolled-seam structure, ensuring a reliable connection.

Multiple rear cover configurations are available:
CA (clevis mount), U (radial air inlet), R (axial air inlet), and CM (round end cap) options facilitate installation and use across various operating conditions.

Pneumatic cylinders available in various specifications:
MI (double-acting), MIC (double-acting with adjustable cushioning), MSI (single-acting, push type), MTI (single-acting, pull type), MID (double-rod, double-acting), MICD (double-rod, double-acting with adjustable cushioning), MIJ (double-rod, double-acting with adjustable stroke), and MICJ (double-rod, double-acting with adjustable stroke and cushioning).
