The cylinder barrel is made of high-precision stainless steel tubing, offering high strength and corrosion resistance;
For the same bore size and stroke, the MF series cylinder is more compact in length than ISO 6432 standard cylinders.

Миниатюрный пневматический цилиндр серии MF is a JIS-standard, compact stainless steel pneumatic actuator—a widely used miniature round cylinder characterized by its small size and lightweight design, making it ideal for the restricted installation spaces found in automation equipment.

Various mounting accessories: axial mounting bracket (LB), front flange (FA), rear clevis bracket (SDB), and intermediate trunnion bracket (TC).

Riveted and rolled-seam structure: The front and rear covers are joined to the stainless steel cylinder body using a riveted and rolled-seam structure, ensuring a reliable connection.

Multiple rear cover configurations are available:
CA (clevis mount), U (radial air inlet), and CM (round end cap) options facilitate installation and use across various operating conditions.

A wide range of cylinder specifications is available: MF (double-acting), MSF (single-acting, push type), MTF (single-acting, pull type), MFD (dual-shaft, double-acting), MFJ (dual-shaft, double-acting, adjustable stroke), MFC (double-acting, adjustable cushioning), MFCD (dual-shaft, double-acting, adjustable cushioning), and MFCJ (dual-shaft, double-acting, adjustable stroke and cushioning).

The front and rear covers feature fixed anti-collision cushioning pads, and the adjustable cylinder utilizes an air-cushioning mode.
