MCK series welding clamping Pneumatic cylinder is a direct-push welding clamping cylinder—distinct from the swing-crank style of the JCK/JSK series—that achieves clamping by using the piston rod to linearly push a Y-shaped connector. Designed to withstand weld spatter and harsh welding environments, it is widely used in automotive welding jigs and fixtures.

Operating Principle: A double-acting cylinder drives an internal crank-slider mechanism to actuate the clamping arm. Once clamped, the mechanism locks via a mechanical dead-point, maintaining clamping force even if the air supply is cut off. The opening angle can be adjusted on-site from 5° to 135° using an internal adjustment nut—without replacing parts—and the overall length of the unit remains unchanged regardless of the angle.

Suitable applications: Automotive welding jigs and fixtures, sheet metal welding tooling, clamps requiring frequent adjustment of opening angles, and mixed-model production lines; ideal for new design projects where swing angles require repeated modification during the debugging phase.

Excellent resistance to dust and welding spatter: The front cover features a stainless steel dust scraper ring that protects the cylinder from damage caused by dust and flying welding spatter, offering greater reliability than a dust boot.

Multiple opening sizes: Opening sizes Type A and Type B are available.

A variety of piston rod end fittings are available: Y-type with M6 mounting hole, and YW-type without M6 mounting hole.

Features built-in cushioning adjustment and speed-limiting flow control devices.
