TWH TWM series Stopper Cylinder—also known as lever-roller type stopper cylinders—are designed specifically to withstand high impact forces and are intended for use on heavy-duty assembly lines.

Operating Principle
A pneumatic cylinder lifts, causing the rocker arm to pivot upward and the roller to protrude, thereby blocking the moving workpiece pallet; when air pressure is applied to retract the arm, the workpiece is released.
Supports two operating modes: double-acting and single-acting (with automatic spring-assisted extension).

Lever-type roller blocking mechanism.

Equipped with a self-locking mechanism to prevent the rocker arm from rebounding and pushing back against the obstructed object.

Thickened piston rod.

Heavy-duty stopper cylinders equipped with hydraulic shock absorbers—or adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers—reliably absorb impact energy.

The unit features built-in sensor mounting grooves, facilitating the installation of magnetic switches.
