Complies with JIS standards;
Features two guide rods made of special bearing steel, guided by either linear ball bearings or brass sliding bearings, offering high resistance to torsional and lateral loads. Note: Linear ball bearings are suitable for lifting applications or scenarios requiring high precision and load capacity, particularly where low-friction movement is essential. Brass sliding bearings are suitable for applications involving radial loads, such as braking; they offer more than double the lateral impact resistance of standard brake cylinders and provide superior torsional rigidity.
The drive and guide units are integrated into a single body, eliminating the need for extra accessories and minimizing space requirements; selectable air ports facilitate convenient installation;
Precision positioning holes are provided on the bottom and rear faces of the body as well as on the mounting plate (see holes marked “PA” and “XX” in the dimensional drawing), enabling high-precision mounting for demanding applications;
Four sensor grooves on the body allow for versatile sensor mounting options;

TCL TCM Series guide rod pneumatic cylinder are three-rod, non-rotating, three-axis pneumatic cylinders (commonly referred to as compact three-axis cylinders with guide rods). Structurally, they integrate a piston rod, two parallel guide rods, and a top load-mounting plate; this design counteracts lateral forces and prevents piston rod rotation, making them suitable for applications such as workpiece lifting, clamping, stopping, and precision pushing. While the two models share identical external mounting dimensions and profiles, the key difference lies in the type of internal guide bearings used, allowing them to meet diverse operating requirements; they are highly versatile, compact pneumatic components widely used in the automation industry.

Optional guide bearings: steel ball linear bearings (TCL) and brass sliding bearings (TCM).

The top and side surfaces of the unit are each equipped with a set of air inlet and outlet ports, facilitating use under various operating conditions.
