SC Series Cylinder

Features a 7-layer airtight, leak-proof seal.
The end cap is die-pressed from aluminum alloy, with a thickness of 3.97 mm, providing impact resistance.
POM guide rings offer strong support and a long service life.
Solid Carbon Steel Piston Rod.
The pure aluminum cylinder tube has undergone hard anodizing.
The inner wall of the cylinder barrel has undergone three stages of precision grinding and polishing.
Prior to leaving the factory, every cylinder must undergo and pass inspection; periodic air-tightness tests are also conducted at irregular intervals.

SC series standard cylinder is the most widely used tie-rod, double-acting cylinder in industrial automation, distinguished by its reliable structure, strong versatility, and flexible installation options.

Features

The piston seal features a profiled, bi-directional sealing structure that is compact in size and incorporates an oil-storage function.
It features a tie-rod cylinder structure, with the front and rear end covers connected to the aluminum cylinder barrel by tie rods, ensuring reliability and stability.
Compared to other cylinder series with similar functions, the SC series cylinders feature a shorter length.
Customizable: By selecting high-temperature sealing materials, the cylinder is guaranteed to operate normally in high-temperature environments.
