QGB/A pneumatic Standard cylinder is a heavy-duty, double-acting, cushioned reciprocating linear cylinder belonging to a domestic standard series. Distinguished by its high thrust, robust strength, and exceptional durability, it is widely utilized in heavy industry and heavy-duty automation equipment.

Features:

The cylinder barrel is constructed from high-quality precision-drawn aluminum alloy tubing; its inner surface undergoes a hard anodizing treatment, resulting in a coating thickness of 30 µm and a hardness of MHV400.
The cylinder end cover is manufactured using an advanced die-casting process.
The surface of the piston rod undergoes a preliminary roller-hardening treatment, followed by hard chrome plating and precision grinding, endowing it with excellent rust resistance, wear resistance, and other characteristics.
Featuring an advanced seal structure and superior quality, the cylinder operates normally even without lubrication; it exhibits a low starting pressure and a long service life.
