SG SGC Series Standard Cylinder

ISO 15552 (formerly ISO 6431) Standard Cylinder
The front and rear covers are connected to the cylinder body pillars, featuring a tie-rod structure that ensures high reliability.
The front and rear covers feature adjustable air cushioning.
The cylinder barrel for the pneumatic cylinder is available in a choice of steel or aluminum materials.
Sensors can be installed on the four corner tie rods of the cylinder body, facilitating easy installation.

SG/SGC series standard cylinders are large-bore, tie-rod pneumatic cylinders (AirTAC-type) that comply with ISO 15552 (formerly ISO 6431) and are designed for heavy-duty and long-stroke applications. The SG model features a steel barrel, while the SGC model features an aluminum barrel capable of accommodating a magnetic ring.

Various Piston Rod End Fittings: I-Type, Y-Type, and Fish-Eye Joints.

Accessories for Multiple Mounting Methods:

The piston seal in the SG series standard cylinders employs a dual Y-ring unidirectional sealing structure, featuring a self-compensating function, long service life, and low starting pressure，Magnetic proximity switches are not available as an option.
The piston seal in the SGC series standard cylinders utilizes a profiled bidirectional sealing structure, characterized by a compact size and an oil-retention capability，Optional magnetic proximity switch available.
