  • Equipped with both adjustable and fixed cushioning at both ends, ensuring smooth, shock-free directional changes and preventing mechanical damage; external hydraulic shock absorbers can be ordered separately for enhanced cushioning performance.
  • The piston chamber is isolated from the carriage, preventing dust and debris from entering the system and extending the cylinder’s service life.
  • Features an integrated guide rail design, ensuring high operational precision, minimal non-rotating deviation, and strong load-bearing capacity.

RMH series pneumatic rodless cylinder is an integrated linear-guide, magnetically coupled rodless cylinder—a precision slide-type unit. It transmits power via a magnetic linkage between the internal piston’s permanent magnet and the external carriage. Featuring an integrated linear ball guide at the base, it offers high-precision guidance without the need for external rails. It combines the space-saving benefits and leak-free magnetic sealing of rodless cylinders while overcoming the limitations of the RMS series (which lacks guidance) and the RMT series (which has weak guide-rod rigidity). Designed for applications such as small-scale precision transfer, multi-point positioning, and stations involving lateral eccentric loads, it serves as a direct alternative to the SMC CY1S slide-type magnetically coupled rodless cylinder.

Air inlet and outlet are on the same side, facilitating piping.

Equipped with mounting grooves for sensors (magnetic switches).

Addition of a guide rail design: enhances the operating precision of the main body, improves non-rotating accuracy, and increases load-bearing capacity.
