Shock absorbers at the front of the cylinder body allow for stroke adjustment and impact cushioning; 9. This series comes standard with a built-in magnet; non-magnetic versions are not available.

TR series double rod pneumatic cylinder (twin-rod cylinder) is a double-acting, dual-piston-rod cylinder designed in accordance with JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards). It serves as a direct alternative to the SMC CXS series and is a specialized guided cylinder for Japanese-style automation equipment. Featuring a synchronized dual-piston rod structure, it delivers twice the thrust of a single-rod cylinder of the same bore size. It incorporates built-in anti-rotation guidance to withstand lateral loads and offers high positioning accuracy, making it widely used in Japanese-style assembly lines, 3C industry jigs, and precision clamping stations.

Equipped with an external bumper; the bumper at the front of the unit allows for adjustment of the cylinder stroke and helps absorb impact.
The dual-piston rod structure delivers double the output force and offers resistance to bending and torsion, enabling it to withstand certain lateral loads.
A multi-directional mounting fixture; the mounting plate features mounting holes on three sides, facilitating loading from multiple positions.
Features built-in mounting grooves for sensors (magnetic switches).
This pneumatic cylinder supports multi-directional mounting; in addition to the axial direction, the cylinder body features mounting holes on all other sides, offering a variety of installation options.
