Is your product interchangeable with SMC / Airtac?

Mounting dimension and port match corresponding brands, most models can be direct replacement. Please double-check datasheet before ordering.

Can you help with model selection? What info should I provide?

Free model selection service available. Please provide workpiece weight, dimension, material, air pressure, installation space, cycle time and ambient temperature.

What is the max allowable gripping speed of jaws?

Recommended opening/closing speed:50~300mm/s. Excessive speed causes impact to workpiece and shorten service life. Speed can be adjusted by throttle valve.

What lubricant to use? Do I need add oil regularly?

Pre-greased before delivery. No extra oil required under standard working condition. Periodic maintenance is recommended for harsh environment.

Can I modify specs or shipping address after placing order?

Shipping address can be modified for free before production & shipment. Once production started, specifications cannot be changed.

Can order be shipped combined or partial shipment?

Stock items in one order can be shipped together. If order contains stock + custom goods, partial shipment is negotiable with extra freight cost.

Can I buy spare parts separately, like jaw tips, seal kits or magnetic switches?

Repair spare parts are available, including jaw plates, seal kits, magnetic switches. Price and lead time for spare parts will be quoted separately.

Does the pneumatic finger come with magnetic switch?

Magnetic switches are not included in standard package, it is optional accessory. If needed, please remark model and quantity when placing order, we can ship together as a set.

Will you test before shipment?

Every product will pass opening-closing and air tightness test before delivery.

Can I customize specs such as stroke, gripping force or extended jaws?

Custom extended jaws, special stroke and special seal material are available. Please provide working condition drawings for re-evaluation on price and lead time.

What is your warranty period?

12-month warranty for standard pneumatic fingers, covering manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper installation, wrong operation, harsh working environment or normal seal wear is excluded.

Can you do OEM /laser logo marking?

OEM and laser logo marking are available with required MOQ. Please provide logo file (AI/PDF), artwork to be confirmed before order.

What is the packing? Export packing?

Each unit packed in individual neutral box, outer carton meets export standard for sea & air shipment. Neutral OEM labeling available subject to MOQ.

What is your lead time?

Standard stock items ship within 1~3 working days after payment. Non-stock /customized items lead time will be calculated according to specs and confirmed in writing before order.

Can I get samples? How about sample cost & lead time?

Samples are available at sample price. Sample cost can be refundable when bulk order meets agreed quantity. Lead time: 1-3 days for stock items; custom samples to be confirmed separately.

What is your MOQ?

MOQ for standard in-stock models is 1 piece. Volume orders get tiered pricing. For non-standard customized models, please check the minimum quantity with us.
