AQKseries pin clamp cylinder: Standard pin clamping cylinder; BAQK series pin clamp cylinder: Cylinder with two-way locking pin, special for automobile welding fixtures, positioning + clamping two-in-one, the pin is first inserted into the positioning hole of the workpiece to complete positioning, the built-in clamping arm synchronously compresses the workpiece, mostly used for body-in-white welding tooling

Operating principle: A double-acting cylinder drives the head’s guide pin to extend, inserting it into the workpiece’s positioning hole for high-precision alignment. Once in position, the internal multi-piece clamping arms expand to clamp the workpiece from the inside. During retraction, the clamping arms withdraw first, followed by the pin retracting from the workpiece.

1. AQK Standard Model: Non-locking; the locking pin retracts upon air supply loss, rendering the positioning and clamping function ineffective.
2. BAQK Locking Model: Features an internal spring-loaded clamping mechanism that locks in both extended and retracted positions; maintains the piston rod in a locked state during air supply or pressure loss to prevent pin disengagement; supports both pneumatic and manual emergency unlocking methods.

Four selectable clamping arm positions: 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°.

Clamping position height adjustable via shims: adjustment range of 0.5~2 mm.

Features built-in sensor mounting grooves.

Combines positioning and clamping functions: positioning via the pin’s outer diameter and clamping via an integrated clamping arm.

Various pin outer diameters accommodate a range of workpiece outer diameters.

Multi-directional mounting: Locating pin holes and mounting screw holes are provided on all four sides; Types A, B, C, and D are available.
